Event Details:

Event Date: Friday, April 10 - Sunday, April 12
Event: Spring Camporee April 2026
Location:Rappahonnock Camp and Retreat Center, Richardsville VA
Permission Slip Due: Monday, April 6 at 7:00 pm
Money Due: Monday, April 6 at 7:00 pm
Cost:$50 per youth and $45 per adult
Description: Scouts will learn about and take on the challenge of Dirty Jobs!
Bring:Tent, Sleeping Bag or Blankets, Change of clothes, Daypack, Water Bottle, Troop Activity Shirt, Scout Book in a Ziplock Baggie, and Hold Harmless Agreement
Meeting Time:Meet at ACUMC on Friday, April 10 time TBD

Additional Information. Please indicate if your scout will be attending Wilderness Survival (WS) or New Scout Camping (NS).


By submitting this form you give permission to the leaders of the above unit to render First Aid, should the need arise. In the event of an emergency, I also give permission to the physician, selected by the adult leader in charge, to hospitalize, secure proper anesthesia, order injection, or secure other medical treatment, as needed.

You further agree to hold the above named unit and its leaders blameless for any accidents that might occur during this outing except for clear acts of negligence or non-adherence to BSA policies and guidelines.
